Local Coincidence trigger (5 LCs) ~12 hits/event on average
IceCube Baseline (simple mult=AMANDA) 22 hits/event on average
The average number of coincident hits in an event will be strongly influenced by the multiplicity of the trigger threshold. The average will be a few hits larger than the threshold.
